How do you usually ship your goods within Australia?
\r\n\r\nJewellery is sent registered through Australia Post. When the contents are over $100, insurance is added to the parcel.\r\n\r\n

I have an urgent request. Do you ship express post within Australia?
\r\n\r\nIf you have an urgent order and we have the Jewellery item in stock we are able to send express post but we are not able to take responsibility if the parcel goes missing. The safest way to ship is registered post.\r\n\r\nYou can track your parcel through Israel Post \r\n\r\n
How long does an order take?
\r\n\r\nThe Israeli designer Jewellery will take approximately 6 weeks to be delivered. Of course it may be 4 weeks depending on the time of year and the type of order. Customer orders may be less. Please call our office or send us a quick email and we will give you the expected delivery date.\r\n\r\n
How do I keep my Silver & Gold Jewellery clean?
In order to maintain the beauty and shine of your silver and gold pieces of Jewellery, it is best to keep it store in a sealed bag or Jewellery box. This will minimize the tarnishing of your Jewellery.\r\n\r\nSterling silver is a precious metal and will probably require a little cleaning from time to time. With a silver cloth, gently rub the piece several times. Another way to remove dirt or grease is to clean your pieces using warm water, mild soap and a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse and then gently dry.\r\n\r\nPlease remember that chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.\r\n\r\nPearls should be kept free of perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration and dirt. It also should not be cleaned with cloudy ammonia.
If a stone has ‘fallen’ out of my customer’s ring. What do I do and how do I explain that to my customer?
\r\n\r\nSemi- precious stones don’t usually just fall out of the ring. All The Collective rings are of the highest quality and are checked after the setting of the stone. If a stone has ‘fallen’ out, it has probably been knocked or smashed on a hard metal. The stone will then shatter and fall. Your customer may not have noticed that the stone shattered and that is why they may think the stone fell out of the setting.\r\n\r\nPlease also remember that some of the more fancy rings in the Glamour Collection may have up to 100 stones hand set into them. These rings are dress rings and your customer should be advised on purchase that they are to be worn with care. If a stone has been damaged please contact our office and we will let you know where to send the piece for repair. Even if the ring has been damaged by your customer, we are happy to repair the piece for you either for a nominal fee or free of charge depending on the damage.\r\n\r\n
What is a dress ring?
\r\n\r\nA dress ring is a ring which needs to be treated with care and worn on occasion and not every moment of every day. It usually has semi- precious stones. It means that you should be removing your ring when doing activities that may damage the setting or ring. It is probably best to remove your ring when doing sport, cleaning, washing dishes and other similar activities.\r\n\r\n
How do I know my customer’s ring size?
A finger size may be determined by using a professional ring sizer. Measure your customers size and be aware that sizes may fluctuate between ¼ – ½ of a size depending on the weather or fluid retention. How do I size for a wide band?
\r\n\r\nFor a wide ring, either measure your customer with a wide ring sizer or please allow approximately between ¼ – 1 size larger depending on the customers hand. Finger sizes will vary throughout the day. It will depend on temperature and different activities. Fingers are usually a little swollen in the morning and then settle into a normal size during the day. Fingers also shrink in size in cold temperature and expand slightly when it’s hot. This is why it is best to measure your finger size on a day with moderate temperature.\r\n\r\n
What is leading edge and middle ring sizing?
\r\n\r\nHayon Jewellery measures by middle ring sizing. When a ring is placed on a measuring stick, it covers the centre of the size. Leading edge is when the leading edge or bottom the ring covers the size on a measuring stick..\r\n\r\n
Do silver & gold bangles come in various sizes?
\r\n\r\nSilver and Gold Bangles usually come in 1 average size however, you may email us if you have a special size request and we will check the availability.\r\n\r\n
How about the lengths of bracelets and necklaces?
\r\n\r\nBracelets are usually supplied 19-21cm and necklaces between 42-45cm depending on the design. For other lengths, please email us and we will check availability.\r\n\r\n
Hayon is renowned for high quallity craftsmanship and each piece is checked carefully before it is dispatched. Jewellery is made especially for your store once an order is placed, so please select carefully at the time of purchase. If a piece is not of the Quality you origianlly ordered, please contact our office within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will instruct you on where to return the piece. You may only return the piece if it is in its Originally condition. If the Jewellery has been resized or altered in any way, it cannot be returned. Once the piece has been received by Hayon, our Jewellers will check the Quality and contact your store. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss on return to Hayon, so please pack the goods accordingly and insure where necessary.\r\n\r\nPlease also note, that a large part of the Hayon range is handmade and may slightly vary from piece to piece. Stones are natural and cut by hand so each stone is unique and your gemstone may vary slightly.
What metals are used in the Jewellery?
\r\n\r\The Collective is known for the colourful mix of metals in their designs. The two or even three tone pieces may be comprised of 9ct or 18ct White Gold, rose gold, yellow Gold, Sterling Silver & Titanium. Given the price hike of gold in recent years, our Jewellers have created pieces that are stunning and affordable using the different metals such as titanium and sterling silver.\r\n\r\nThe finishes of the metals make each piece unique. Whether the texture is hammered, brushed or oxidized or simply polished, your Hayon piece will be unique in design and finish.\r\n\r\n
Is your Jewellery handmade?
\r\n\r\nA very large part of the range is completely hand made. We take silver in its purist form (999 pure silver) and turn it into 925 sterling silver to give it the precise hardness and elasticity to be able to create a unique piece of Jewellery.\r\n\r\nIn our workshop we take pure gold (24 carats) and turn it into either 9ct/18ct/22ct gold depending on the requirement of the Jewellery that we are making .We use a variation of techniques in order to create each and every piece.. It is a combination of lost wax casting and hand-crafting that make each piece in the Collective Collection unique and a joy to wear.\r\n\r\n
What is a spinning ring?
Spinning rings or worry rings are fun and a hugely popular for both men and women. Hayon is renowned for their large range of spinners in titanium; silver; gold and many are even set with stunning stones.\r\n\r\nSpinning Rings have a base band and on top of that band, there is a ring or a few rings that freely spin around creating movement in each piece.\r\n
Where is the Jewellery made?
\r\n\r\nOur range is comprised of Jewellery by various designers in Israel and pieces that we design and manufacture ourselves in our workshop in Megiddo, Israel.\r\n\r\nOur workshop is located at the foot of Armageddon or the hill of Megiddo, one of the most famous historical sites in the area.\r\n\r\nAll Jewellery is of the highest quality. Whether they are designs that we handpick from designers in Israel or pieces that we create in our workshop, each piece is created and checked so that the piece will last a life time.\r\n\r\n
